My package arrived damaged. It was supposed to be a gift for a BTS army friend. How can I return it for a full refund? Please advise. Thank you, Kellie Kunisaki.

Customer Reviews
Overall rating: 3.5 / 5 from 4 reviews.
Flat, thin and very small. Not at all what I was expecting. I gifted this to my daughter thinking it would be amazing and she could fill her little trinket shelves. The biggest one is about 1.5 inches tall. Like Shrinky Dinks I made as a child.

Love it all. However some of the slots had nothing and some had 3. But all pieces are still accounted for.

I'm very happy with both sets of BTS ornaments; This year my tree will all be BTS themed and I'm looking forward to working them in. They were also well packed and arrived in a reasonable amount of time.
