Shipping Policy

Processing Time: 2–3 business days.

Shipping Time:

  • Express Shipping: 7–15 business days

  • Standard Shipping: 10–20 business days

All orders will be shipped from our warehouse within 3–5 business days after purchase. The delivery time may take 7–20 business days, depending on the shipping carrier and destination. Please note that delays may occur if the shipment requires customs clearance, inspection, or due to unforeseen shipping issues.

Shipping Fees:

  • A flat shipping fee of $5.99 USD applies to each order.

  • For orders with two or more items, an additional $1.95 USD per item will be charged.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package at www.17track.net.

Shipping Destinations:
We offer worldwide shipping. However, if your country is not supported by our logistics network, we will notify you immediately and adjust your order if necessary. For more details, please contact us at support@wavestee.com.

Change of Shipping Address:
Address changes are only accepted until 11:00 PM (PDT, -7 GMT) on the same day the order is placed. Please contact support@wavestee.com to request an address change.

Delivery to a Different Address:
We offer the option to ship to a different address from the billing address.

Delivery Process:
Orders are delivered on regular business days, excluding holidays. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and shipped on the following Monday.
