1. Order Processing Time

  • All our products are custom-made to order. Please allow 3-5 business days for production before shipment.
  • Processing time may vary depending on the complexity of the design and order volume, especially during peak seasons (holidays, special promotions).

2. Shipping Time & Costs

United States

  • Economy Shipping: est. 7-10 business days | Flat Rate: $5.99
  • Express Shipping: 3-6 business days | Flat Rate: $29.99

International

  • Economy Shipping: 7-12 business days | Flat Rate: $12.99

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • You can track your shipment using the tracking link provided or by visiting our Track Order Page.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are levied once the shipment reaches your country.
  • These charges are not included in our product price or shipping fees and are the buyer’s responsibility.

5. Shipping Delays & Issues

6. Wrong Address & Undeliverable Packages

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
  • If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we cannot be held responsible for delivery issues.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Wavestee is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.

8. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted countries.
