24-Hour Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Orders may be canceled or fully refunded within 24 hours of purchase.

  • After 24 hours, all orders are final and cannot be canceled or refunded.

14-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligible Returns

  • Items with manufacturing defects.

  • Items damaged during shipping (e.g., torn, broken, or incorrect item delivered).

  • Items must be in original condition: unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Eligible Returns

  • Returns due to ordering the wrong size, wrong item, or change of mind.

  • Used or damaged items not caused by manufacturing defects or shipping issues.

  • Non-returnable items include: perishable goods, custom or personalized products, sale or discounted items, gift cards, and personal care goods.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and proof of purchase. We’ll guide you through the process.

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Refunds

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once your return is received and inspected, if approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
