24-Hour Cancellation & Refund Policy

Orders may be canceled or fully refunded within 24 hours of purchase.

After 24 hours, all orders are confirmed and cannot be canceled or refunded.

30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days from the date you receive your order.

Eligible Returns

  • Items with manufacturing defects.

  • Items damaged during shipping (e.g., torn, broken, or incorrect items).

  • Products must be in original condition: unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Eligible Returns

  • Returns due to wrong size, wrong item ordered, or change of mind.

  • Items that have been used or damaged not caused by manufacturing defects or shipping issues.

  • Non-returnable items include: perishable goods, customized or personalized products, sale or promotional items, gift cards, and personal care products.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team and provide your order number and proof of purchase. We will guide you through the process.

  • Contact us via email at support@wavestee.com within 30 days.

  • We will provide return instructions and the correct return address.

  • Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Refunds

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, if approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • If more than 30 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@wavestee.com
